Healing Sessions

The Hands on experience is a technique in which you lay on my table fully clothed with a sheet over your body and a soft cloth over your eyes. The environment consists of peaceful music, candles, and low lighting. I begin by placing my hand on your heart as we invite in your higher self, team in spirit, angels, and guides to assist with your healing.

Then I will begin what feels like a light sweeping massage with my hands to clear any energy that does not serve you. This could be anything from everyday stressors to impactful energy that may be picked up from other people or places. I will then open all of your chakras and channels with different sound and vibrational tools. This will bring any blockages or traumas to the surface in preparation for clearing. I will then place crystals on you and use essential oils specific to each chakra to clear anything that is ready to release.
After releasing, I will balance each chakra to perfection, work on your aura, and call back your very own life force energy and light that you have lost throughout your lifetimes.

Distance Experience
The Distance healing experience is a session done online via Zoom or Facebook Messenger. This way you can choose a setting designed around your own individual comfort level. It could be anywhere from a cozy setting in the park, sitting on the beach surrounded by the cleansing ocean breeze, or in the comfort of your very own home.
Distance healing works through the power of intention and energy can travel anywhere this intention is placed. "Where your focus goes, energy flows."
I will start the session by guiding you into a meditative state to open your heart center and connect you with your higher self. We will invite in your guides, angels, and team in spirit. I will ask your team to open your chakras and channels, to clear any blocks or traumas ready to be released, and then to balance your chakras to perfection. I will then ask for your aura and subtle bodies to be adjusted and for your own life force energy and light to be brought back into your body.
